About Us

Associated Asphalt & Materials is a full service asphalt and Materials company with over 15 years experience. We have the latest technology in equipment for preparing and laying asphalt. The material removed in the grinding process is sent to companies that recycle it for new uses. This technology, combined with our experience and craftsmanship, give you the best product at the best price. We are a locally and family owned business, founded in 1998, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We use only the best materials and maintain the highest standards of workmanship with our client's needs in mind.

Safety

At Associated Asphalt & Materials we're dedicated to creating a safe work environment. We believe that our strength is our people, and we're focused on providing an accident-free workplace. Employees implement work plans which achieve safety as the primary goal and improve work site conditions to eliminate potential safety risks. In a partnership between management and employees there is on-going training in safety standards for Personal Protective Equipment, Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, Incident Investigation, Seat Belts, Fall Protection, and Plant & Equipment Inspections.

History

Approaching fifteen years in business Associated Asphalt & Materials has been recognized as a leading company in the Asphalt and Materials Industry. We take pride in providing quality products and excellent service to our customers in the most demanding construction projects throughout New Mexico.

Our aggregate facilities in Northern New Mexico produce and distribute sand and stone products all over the State of New Mexico. Associated has 2 Asphalt Plants which one is a batch plant for our customers with smaller orders and the other is a Drum Plant and is one of the largest producers in our beautiful state. Associated also owns Waldo canyon quarry which produces some of the most beautiful granite blue, grey, and green rock that is used for landscaping all over the State of New Mexico.

Operations and Distribution

Associated Asphalt & Materials and its subsidiaries have extensive bulk materials production, logistics and delivery of ready mix concrete, sand, aggregate and landscape products. Our ready mix concrete operations run year round.
